Terms of Service

1. Platform Usage & Software Gateway

By accessing PressWerk, you agree to these terms. PressWerk provides an automated software gateway for preflighting and routing files to independent commercial print vendors. We reserve the right to refuse service or route files that violate local laws, safety guidelines, or community standards.

2. Artwork Ownership & Consumer Privacy

You retain full ownership of all artwork uploaded to PressWerk. We do not license, resell, or distribute your intellectual property. Uploaded files are processed securely and cleared from our temporary routing cache shortly after successful dispatch to the selected print vendor.

3. Pricing, Taxes & 0% Vendor Markups

All print costs displayed are direct from the vendor without hidden platform inflation. State and local taxes (including Florida State Sales Tax where applicable) will be applied at checkout. PressWerk solely charges the greater of a flat $42.50 per repaired file or a 5% routing fee on the order. The two are never charged together.

4. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Business Model

The PressWerk platform—specifically its unique combination of automated AI-driven prepress file repair, hyper-local geofenced routing algorithms, and zero-commission dual-sided commercial marketplace architecture—is the original concept and intellectual property of Calvin Stephens.

This proprietary business model, user interface, and software architecture are protected under applicable state and federal intellectual property laws. Any attempt by individuals, competing software companies, or commercial print corporations to replicate, clone, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misappropriate this proprietary system will result in immediate and aggressive legal action. This includes, but is not limited to, seeking injunctive relief to halt operations and pursuing maximum monetary damages for intellectual property infringement.
