1. Platform Usage

By accessing PressWerk, you agree to these terms. PressWerk provides an automated software gateway for preflighting and routing files to independent commercial print vendors. We reserve the right to refuse service or route files that violate local laws or safety guidelines.

2. Artwork Ownership & Privacy

You retain full ownership of all artwork uploaded to PressWerk. We do not license, resell, or distribute your intellectual property. Uploaded files are processed securely and cleared from our temporary routing cache shortly after successful dispatch to the selected vendor.

3. Pricing & Taxes

All print costs displayed are direct from the vendor without hidden platform inflation. State and local taxes (including Florida State Sales Tax where applicable) will be applied at checkout.
